Holiday Chai

Sometimes you need a break from minty treats. ๐Ÿคท This shake’s got the natural, sweetness of butternut squash with the complementing spices of chai, cinnamon, and nutmeg!

๐Ÿ”น 1/2 cup canned butternut squash
๐Ÿ”น 1 svg. TLS® Shake
๐Ÿ”น 1 Tbsp nut butter
๐Ÿ”น 1 tsp. vanilla
๐Ÿ”น 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
๐Ÿ”น 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
dash ground clove
๐Ÿ”น 1/2 cup kale
๐Ÿ”น 10 oz. unsweetened coconut milk
๐Ÿ”น 7-8 ice cubes

๐Ÿ”นBlend the ingredients together until smooth, then thicken or thin by adding more ice or almond milk

Top with cinnamon + enjoy!
