Apple Pie Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain
  • 1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 serving TLS protein powder

     

In the order listed, add ingredients to your blender or shaker cup and blend/shake until smooth. Optional - add ice!
